Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the interior design services provided by Guaranteedqualit through guaranteedqualit.world, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Guaranteedqualit provides professional interior décor and styling services including:

Interior design consultations
Space planning and room layout design
Color scheme and palette selection
Furniture and décor recommendations
Custom mood boards and design concepts
Project management and implementation support

Service Agreement

When you engage our interior design services:

Design plans are customized specifically for your space and requirements
All consultations are scheduled by appointment
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
Final designs remain the intellectual property of Guaranteedqualit
Client approval is required before major purchases or implementations

Payment Terms

Essential Styling	50% deposit, 50% on completion	Deposit refundable within 48 hours
Complete Home	40% deposit, 30% midway, 30% completion	Partial refund based on work completed
Premium Experience	Custom payment plan available	Subject to individual agreement

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your space and requirements
Grant access to your property for measurements and installations
Respond timely to design proposals and approval requests
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Respect the intellectual property of design concepts

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, and styling plans created by Guaranteedqualit remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the designs for their personal space only.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in every project, Guaranteedqualit shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by third-party vendors or contractors
Damage during installation by independent contractors
Changes in product availability or pricing
Variations in color or texture of materials
Personal taste differences after project completion

Portfolio Usage

We may request to photograph completed projects for our portfolio. Client permission will always be obtained before using any images for marketing purposes. Names and addresses will remain confidential.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel the design agreement with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed:

Before initial consultation: Full refund
After consultation but before design: 25% of total fee
After design presentation: 50% of total fee
During implementation: Pro-rated based on completion

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our interior design services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through mediation in Orange County, California.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on guaranteedqualit.world with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
