At Guaranteedqualit, we are committed to your satisfaction with our interior décor and styling services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and satisfaction guarantees for our design services and any products purchased through our recommendations.

Design Services Refund Policy

Our interior design consultations and styling services are custom-tailored to each client's specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 48-72 hours before scheduled consultation receive 75% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before consultation receive 50% refund
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our interior design work. If you are not satisfied with your design consultation or styling service:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service completion
  • We will schedule a complimentary revision consultation
  • If still unsatisfied, we offer a partial refund based on the circumstances
  • All satisfaction claims must be submitted in writing to our team

Product Purchases

For furniture and décor items purchased through Guaranteedqualit recommendations:

Design Plan Revisions

All our interior design packages include revision rounds as specified:

  • Essential Styling: One revision round included
  • Complete Home: Two revision rounds included
  • Premium Experience: Unlimited revisions for project duration
  • Additional revisions available at hourly consultation rate

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe
  2. Provide your project number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Ship items back using the provided prepaid label (if applicable)
  5. Refunds processed within 10-14 business days of receipt

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Completed design consultations
  • Digital mood boards and design plans already provided
  • 3D renderings and visualizations
  • Shopping lists and vendor recommendations
  • Virtual design services after file delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If furniture or décor items arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Document damage with photos immediately upon delivery
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • We will coordinate with vendors for replacement or refund
  • Replacement items shipped at no additional cost

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that don't meet your expectations:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within the return window
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Client responsible for shipping costs unless item was defective
  • Exchange for equal or greater value items only

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
  • Check payments: Refund check mailed within 14 days
  • Store credit: Issued immediately upon approval
